Wilson County is served by several law enforcement agencies that make arrests, including the Wilson County Constable Office, the Lebanon Police Department, and the Sheriff's Office. These agencies maintain records of arrests made within their respective jurisdictions. However, the Sheriff's Office has broader jurisdiction. Wilson County arrest records are open for public inspection, and individuals can request them from the specific local arresting agency.

Arrest records are not available online through the arresting agencies but may be obtained in person or by mail. A Wilson County arrest record may include the arrestee's name and physical description, booking number, date and time of arrest/booking, arresting agency and officer, charges, and bond information. The information released is subject to the statutory provisions of T.C.A. § 10-7-503 et seq.
